Manufacturing Technician I, Compounding (B1 Shift)

Manufacturing Technician position in biologics production at a Waco facility, operating on a B1 shift schedule (Thursday-Saturday and alternating Wednesday). Responsible for cGMP manufacturing operations including material handling, equipment preparation, cell culture, and chromatography processes.

Responsibilities

• Ship finished materials and maintain inventory levels
• Sample in-process and raw materials for quality control
• Operate glass washers, autoclaves, and cell culture equipment
• Prepare buffers, media, and equipment through CIP/SIP procedures
• Perform column chromatography and tangential flow filtration tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years manufacturing experience, or associate degree in science with 1+ year relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree acceptable with entry-level consideration
• Ability to recognize deviations from standard practices
• Proficiency with manufacturing software systems (LIMS, SAP, automated controls)
