Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design individualized therapy approaches to support their functional objectives.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand in hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver integrated, holistic care.
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Empower both patients and caregivers with knowledge on therapeutic practices to encourage enduring progress at home.
• Evaluate and Adjust Treatment: Monitor progress and clinical outcomes, making necessary adjustments to ensure patients remain on their path to recovery.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized and accredited institution.
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education or advanced certifications.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must.
