Occupational Therapist - Neuro Inpatient Rehab

PERKS OF THE JOB

• Full-Time, Permanent Position (40 hours/week)
• Inpatient Rehab setting, seeing 4-6 Patients per day
• 1:1 Patient Care, allowing you to focus on Patient Outcomes
• Adult/Geriatric population with a diverse caseload.
  
  • TBI, Stroke, SCI, Multi-fracture Traumas, Parkinson's, Dementia, amputations, etc.

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

As an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in an inpatient rehab setting, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life following injury, illness, or surgery. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' ability to perform daily activities and achieve their rehabilitation goals. This Physical Therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and provide compassionate care and support to 7-8 patients per day as they navigate their recovery journey.

EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license or the ability to obtain one
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
• Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred
• H1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available
