Medical Office Specialist – Hampton Internal Medicine Job Summary & Qualifications Full‑time position (Monday–Friday). No nights, no on‑call, no weekends, no holidays. This role provides clerical support to ensure all patients receive high‑quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role Manage all front‑office functions including patient relations, check‑in/check‑out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phones. Manage filing and retrieval of medical records and patient information. Assist with collecting and recording co‑pays, balancing the day in the computer. Qualifications One year of experience in a medical office setting preferred. Experience using an EHR system highly preferred.
