What You’ll Do

• Concrete Prep & Placement: Assist with site preparation, including digging trenches, grading dirt/gravel, setting forms and braces, and helping the crew place and finish concrete.

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools, including compactors, laser leveling/measuring equipment, and specialized concrete finishing tools.

• Site Maintenance: Maintain a safe, clean job site by clearing rubble and debris, and keep work trucks, equipment, and tools cleaned and well-maintained.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with crew members and leaders to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation required.

• Work Ethic: Strong physical stamina, reliability, and a willingness to learn and work hard as part of a team.

• Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus!

• Experience: Prior experience in concrete work or general labor is preferred, but motivated candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• $40,000 - $65,000 per year (DOE)

• Full-time
