In this role, you will provide professional leadership within the studio, focusing on healthcare projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing practice group activities, managing financial success in Oracle for multiple active projects, assisting with business growth, and cultivating strong client relationships within South Florida.Role accountabilities:Manage accountability for performance (utilization, billability, contribution, aged receivables, etc), service quality delivery within the team; develop and oversee the implementation of the strategy to ensure service quality delivery, service excellence and profitable growth within the team, to support the delivery of the line of business objectivesLead the studio team in establishing and developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing project delivery with a focus on impacting Arcadis' strategic goals.Develop and maintain Arcadis' capabilities within the discipline, while enhancing the company's reputation in the market.Set goals and objectives for the team consistent with company strategy and take line management responsibility for team development and performance.Strong Design Leadership - Lead the design and delivery of complex projects, ensuring client satisfaction, effective project management, and collaboration between team members.Drive innovation in design solutions, identify and realize business opportunities, and contribute to the negotiation of contracts.Conduct research into key industry issues, contribute to process improvements, and stay updated on technical developments to strengthen professional profile.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant disciplineOver 15 years of relevant experience with a strong background in design, project management, and client relationship managementHold an accredited professional designation, licensure, or certificationRecognized expert in the industry with extensive networks and deep expertise in industrial and mission critical projectsDemonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex projects and business relationships at a senior levelExceptional consulting, project management, and client relationship management skills at a senior levelStrong leadership skills to guide the team towards operational excellence and strategic goals achievementAbility to lead by example and mentor team members for professional growth and developmentExcellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholdersProven track record in driving business success, innovation, and continuous improvementCommercial acumen and strategic thinking to contribute to the studio's growth and profitabilityWhy Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $112,000 - $168,000.
