Immigration Attorney – Corporate & Global MobilityWe're partnering with a global advisory organization seeking an Immigration Attorney to join its growing immigration and global mobility practice. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys business-focused, advisory work and wants to step away from traditional law-firm billable structures while still handling sophisticated immigration matters.The RoleYou'll work closely with companies, founders, executives, and international teams to provide strategic immigration guidance in cross-border and corporate contexts. The work is consultative and client-facing, with close collaboration across tax, accounting, and business advisory teams.This is not a litigation role and does not involve removal defense.ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2, and permanent residence pathwaysSupport corporate immigration and global mobility initiatives for companies and executivesCounsel founders and leadership teams on immigration strategy tied to business growth and international operationsCoordinate immigration planning with tax and business advisors to deliver holistic solutionsOversee and manage filings, timelines, and compliance mattersServe as a trusted advisor to clients on complex, cross-border immigration issuesQualificationsJ.D. from an accredited U.S. law schoolActive U.S. bar admission (FL, NY, or MA)Experience in employment-based and corporate immigrationStrong client-facing and advisory skillsComfortable working in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environmentInterest in international, cross-border, and business-focused workNice to HaveExperience advising startups, growth companies, or multinational clientsExposure to global mobility or cross-border business mattersPortuguese or Spanish language skills (not required)CompensationBase salary: $140,000 – $190,000, depending on experienceBonus potential and long-term growth opportunitiesWhy This OpportunityNo traditional law-firm billable hour pressureAdvisory-focused work with real business impactHybrid schedule with flexibility for remote workInternational and cross-border exposureCollaborative, modern professional environmentOpportunity for long-term growth into senior advisory or leadership roles
