Director of Operations

Job Description

The Director of Operations will lead a large team of 16+ members, driving company-wide strategic initiatives with a focus on process improvement and scalability. Reporting directly to the Owner/President and their assignees, this role requires expertise in managing internal projects such as brand identification, system implementation, business development, and talent acquisition. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in restaurant operations and a proven ability to build effective teams and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a large operations team to meet organizational goals
Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently
Develop and execute strategic plans to scale and improve processes
Monitor performance and ensure compliance across all operational areas
Oversee vendor relationships to maintain quality and cost control
Coordinate and drive internal projects focused on brand identity and system implementation
Recruit and hire qualified professionals to support business growth
Implement and observe action plans to enhance operational performance

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in operations management

Preferred Qualifications

Background in operations management within the restaurant industry
Experience in project management and strategic planning
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Proficiency in budgeting and process improvement
Data analysis capabilities to drive decision-making
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
