divh2Job Title/h2pMixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of OTB bars./ph3Key Job Functions/h3ulliTakes orders from customers or Server./liliInventories supplies at beginning and end of shift./liliMixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks./liliServes wine and draught or bottled beer./liliCollects money for drinks served./liliOrders or requisitions liquors and supplies./liliArranges bottles and glasses to make attractive display./liliSlices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks./liliPrepares all daily paperwork at the end of the shift./liliReplenishes bar snacks such as chips, pretzels, and nuts./liliFollows prescribed sanitary safeguards in handling all food and cleaning all surfaces./liliWill abide by all safety requirements as outlined in the Safety Manual or as required by individual departments and/or job functions./liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulh3Educations and/or Experience/h3pHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience./ph3Qualifications/h3pTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
