This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing products according to company standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting daily store operations. Team Members work collaboratively to ensure each shift runs smoothly and that every customer has a positive experience.Company Perks: Competitive pay rate with a raise after 90 days, Daily Pay access, discounted gas, free drinks & food discounts, 401K, referral bonuses, and so much more!Job Duties and Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service.Take orders accurately in person and over the phone.Prepare pizzas, Crazy Bread, wings, and other menu items according to Little Caesars recipes and standards.Operate equipment such as ovens, dough sheeters, and cash registers safely and correctly.Maintain product quality by following portioning, cooking times, and food safety guidelines.Keep work areas, equipment, and customer spaces clean, sanitized, and organized.Stock and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste.Assist with opening and closing duties, including counting cash, cleaning, and preparing the store for the next shift.Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in compliance with company policies and local regulations.Work as part of a team to ensure efficient operations during busy periods.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation.Good customer service and communication skills.Ability to learn and follow company procedures.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong time management and organizational skills.Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.Education and Experience:Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience.On-the-job training is provided for all new team members.Working environment and physical requirements:Must be 16 years or older to applyMust be able to stand during the entire work shift.Must be able to work in a cooler at a temperature of 35 degrees for up to 30 minutes.Must be able to lift 50 lbs.Must be able to tolerate gas fumes and cleaning products.Must be able to climb a ladder to be clean windows.Travel: Must be able to travel up to 10%At-Will Employment: This position is at-will, which means that either the employee or the Company may terminate employment at any time, with or without advance notice, and with or without cause.EEO Statement: Refuel is an equal opportunity employment employer to all applicants and team members.
