Warehouse Associate – Plumbing Inventory/Warehouse

Location: Lexington, South Carolina
Full-Time | $28,000–$38,000/year

What You'll Do:

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for receiving inventory, organizing warehouse stock, preparing materials for technicians, and maintaining an efficient and organized warehouse.

Your role is critical to ensuring our technicians have the tools and materials they need to provide outstanding service to our customers.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming plumbing inventory
• Pull and prepare materials for technicians and customer orders
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and warehouse organization
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (if qualified)
• Assist with vendor deliveries and inventory replenishment
• Support field technicians by preparing materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and yard
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience
• Plumbing warehouse or plumbing supply experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently after training
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Gmail)
• Forklift experience is a plus

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean 5-year driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift heavy plumbing materials throughout the day
• Ability to bend, squat, kneel, climb, and work in a physically demanding warehouse environment
• Reliable transportation
