Seasonal CSR - Call Center
Eastern Propane Gas, Inc.
Schedule Saturday 3:00PM-10:00PM & Sunday 10:00AM-3:00PM What your role will look like Provide customers with requested information by using application software, or other appropriate means, and assist customers to achieve total satisfaction. Prepare documentation for data entry; perform data entry including entering customer information into computer system, such as payments, new account information, refunds, etc. Dispatch appropriate on-call field personnel to emergency services and communicate actions with district managers. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Eastern’s manuals, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures. Apply this knowledge to address customer inquiries accurately and urgently. Participate in special projects as assigned. Collaborate with peers to meet the scheduling needs of the Call Center, including nights and weekends. Interact with customers and co-workers in a respectful and courteous manner. What you’ll bring to this role Experience: 2 years of Telephone Call Center environment experience Education: High school graduate minimum Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Eastern Propane Gas, Inc.
