firstPRO 360 is assisting our client, a primary care medical practice located in the Perimeter area seeking a Medical Front Desk Manager. The ideal candidate is an organized, customer-focused professional with strong leadership skills and experience in medical office operations.This role will oversee the daily operations the busy medical practice. This leadership role is responsible for managing front office staff, ensuring exceptional patient service, optimizing office workflows, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.SkillsProven leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems; Epic experience required. Strong knowledge of insurance verification, patient billing, and scheduling workflows. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and team-building abilities. ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of medical front office experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Experience in a primary care or multi-provider practice is strongly preferred. EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
