As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the frontline ambassador for our brand, engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and making sure they leave our store satisfied. You'll work closely with a team that supports each other to exceed performance goals and ensure the store operates to its fullest potential. Duties and Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences. Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits to enhance customer buying decisions. Demonstrate product functionality and proper usage to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce returns. Process transactions accurately using POS systems and financing/installment options to ensure a smooth checkout experience. Maintain clean, organized displays and sales floor presentation to promote an attractive shopping environment. Actively engage with customers to recommend additional products (upselling and cross-selling) to boost store revenues. Stay updated on all promotions, discounts, and new product offerings to provide accurate information to customers. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and product knowledge. Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive store environment. Requirements Exceptional communication and customer service skills; ability to engage effectively with various customers. A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new information or skills. Prior sales or retail experience is recommended but not mandatory; training is provided to all new hires. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices to execute effective sales strategies. Technical aptitude with POS systems and other sales processing software. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise, including lifting and moving items up to 30 pounds. What We Offer?
