Shift & Schedule: Days | No Weekends

Pay Rate: $135,000 - $153,000 + 17.5% - 26.25% Annual Bonus

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Director Emergency Services for an exciting Full-Time opportunity in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance across Emergency Services.

• Drive patient throughput, operational efficiency, and patient experience initiatives.

• Manage departmental budgets, staffing, productivity, and resource utilization.

• Lead and develop approximately 100 FTEs while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

• Partner closely with physicians and hospital leadership to achieve strategic goals.

Required Qualifications

• BSN required.

• Current RN license.

• 3+ years of Emergency Department leadership experience required.

• Proven success with quality, operational, financial, and patient satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.

• Current ED Director experience strongly preferred.
