Overview Thriveworks is currently seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Cedar Park, Texas. ***For a limited time, we are offering a $2,000 SIGN ON BONUS!*** Compensation Up to $105,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Qualifications Fully and independently licensed as an LCSW in Texas. Licensed and residing in Texas. What We Need Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week. A true partnership. Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children (we provide support). Candidates interested in growth into leadership roles/supervisors. Self‑guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours. Strong character—integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care. Individuals who enjoy teamwork and professional development.
