New attorneys and those without private practice experience should expect to work primarily in the office. Note Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Minnesota and in good standing. Strong writing skills and client advocacy abilities are essential. A writing sample will be required during the hiring process. Job Description Represent clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters from case inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies. Manage client communications and provide practical legal guidance. Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances. Collaborate with experienced attorneys across multiple practice areas. Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service. Qualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Active Minnesota Bar license and in good standing. Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills. Excellent communication and client relationship abilities. Private practice experience preferred. Experience with civil litigation, employment law, creditor/debtor rights, real estate, or trusts, wills, and probate is a plus. Attorneys at all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
