Maintenance Technician – Make-Readies & General MaintenanceThis role is primarily focused on completing apartment make-readies (unit turns) and supporting general maintenance across our Metro East - St. Louis-area properties.You are dependable, skilled, and take pride in delivering clean, move-in-ready apartment homes. Your strength is in apartment unit turns (make-readies) and you are comfortable completing them efficiently and independently. You have experience in apartment maintenance, hotel maintenance, property maintenance, or handyman work, including basic plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, and general apartment repairs.KH Properties specializes in the renovation and management of multifamily apartment communities throughout the Midwest and Southeastern United States.
