We are Para la Naturaleza, a non-profit organization committed to environmental conservation in Puerto Rico. Currently, we are looking for committed and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Sales Representative for the Casa Ramn Power & Giralt, located in Old San Juan (San Juan, PR). This position is regular full-time, in-person at the store.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing customer service in person and by phone.
• Orients and provides information to visitors and the general public about programs and the activity calendar offered by the Organization.
• Promotes store offers and initiatives, with the objective of increasing traffic at the point of sale and generating sales.
• Processes cash transactions made through the cash register, ATH and POS systems.
• Performs cash register balancing.
• Places requisitions for articles and purchase orders.
• Makes reservations in the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Takes care of the cleaning, maintenance of the store, including the article counter, organizing, keeping orderly and clean the area intended for inventory storage.
• Participates and directly supports special events of the Organization and supports other areas where a Sales Representative is needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma completed.
• Preferable, at least 2 years of experience in similar functions.
• Knowledge in computer systems (MAC, Microsoft Suite, CRM and POS)
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to drive official vehicles.
• Availability to work on holidays, weekends, extended or rotating hours and travel within Puerto Rico.
