Responsibilities

The Accord Group is growing its residential roofing and storm restoration team in the Madison, WI area. This is a self-generated, door-to-door sales role — if you build relationships fast, don't wait around for leads to land in your lap, and want your income tied directly to your own effort, this is where you'll do your best work.

What You'll Earn

Total year-one compensation potential: $60,000–$175,000, driven by commission on the insurance restoration and roofing projects you close. There's no ceiling — your income scales with the business you build in your territory.

What You'll Do

• Generate your own leads — door-to-door, referrals, and community outreach in the Madison area

• Perform free roof inspections and identify storm and hail damage

• Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process from first conversation to signed contract

• Hand off to our production team for a clean, quality-completed restoration

• Build a lasting book of business through repeat and referral clients

What We're Looking For

• Self-motivated and comfortable generating 100% of your own leads through door-to-door outreach

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

• Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders/roofs in all weather

• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with homeowners

• Background, motor vehicle, and drug screening required

• No experience necessary — veterans, career changers, and former athletes encouraged to apply
