ADMISSIONS REP/REGISTRAR (PER DIEM VARIED) PATIENT ACCESS

Position Overview The Valley Health System (VHS), with six hospitals in Las Vegas and Southern Nevada, is seeking a Registration Associate to greet and register patients while ensuring accurate data collection and HIPAA compliance in a dynamic healthcare environment. Responsibilities Greet and register all incoming patients and their representatives. Accurately record admission information in patient systems. Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Support operational efficiency of healthcare services delivery. Adapt to changing demands of the healthcare environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum of two years of hands‑on experience in hospital registration or urgent care. Comprehensive understanding of patient admission processes. Computer proficiency with word processing and patient accounting systems. HIPAA and PCI compliance knowledge.
