Overview Established in 2006, Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a subsidiary of GSF, is a custom last‑mile distribution company specializing in tailored solutions for selected food service industry customers. What You’ll Do You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast‑paced, multi‑temperature environment focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly – from receiving goods to shipping orders on time. In This Role You’ll Safely operate material handling equipment: need 2yrs of experience using Electric Pallet Jack Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products What You’ll Bring Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues 2yrs of Electrical Pallet Jack experience Strong reading/math skills for labeling, counting and documentation Use of voice‑directed picking system to accurately select and prepare customer orders Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred Schedule & Setting Full‑time, on‑site in a temperature‑controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: –5°F to 38°F) Shift: Primarily a 5‑day work week, starting at 8:00 AM Weekend and holiday availability required Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50+ lbs. and standing on your feet 85% of the workday/walking for extended periods Pay & Benefits Pay: $20.26/hr.
