Facilities Mechanical (Process) Engineer Phoenix, United States | Posted on 02/24/2026 Our client is looking for an experienced Facilities Process Engineer to design, commission, and operate process utility systems for their OSAT factory—covering chilled water, cooling towers, steam/hot water, reclaim water, potable water, process vacuum, and more to deliver reliable support for cleanroom and manufacturing ops. It’s a hands-on role across the full project lifecycle, perfect if you enjoy troubleshooting utility systems, driving efficiency, and keeping high-tech production environments stable and sustainable. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or relatedfield. 3+ years of experience in process utility systemsengineering (design and operations), preferably in semiconductor or high-techmanufacturing. Strong understanding of chilled water systems, coolingtowers, steam systems, and process vacuum systems Familiarity with clean room standards and adjacentdisciplines (HVAC, exhaust systems). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, andBluebeam. Experience in semiconductor facility design,construction, commissioning, and start-up.
