Medical Secretary - Physician Specialty Clinic

Medical Secretary - Physician Specialty Clinic Full-Time. Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm. The Medical Secretary position is a full-time patient-centered position in our Physician Specialty Clinic at Wayne Memorial Hospital. This role includes the responsibilities of front desk duties, scheduling procedures for the provider, tracking authorizations,as well as insurance verifications. Requires the ability to communicate effectively; Basic mathematical skills and good typing skills; Medical terminology; Word processing, prior secretarial experience, and/or education preferred. Good organizational skills. Knowledge of electronic EMR. U. S.
