$100,000 plus

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver risk management strategies for each customer based on their risk profile
• Update bookkeeping systems, customer records, and sales databases to report your monthly and/or quarterly progress to goals to stakeholders
• Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs
• Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal, long-term clients
• Remain updated on insurance industry changes and protocols to fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims from start to finish

• Lead and inspire a team of insurance professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the client base and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.

• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, supporting their professional growth and development.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies to maintain our reputation for integrity and trustworthiness.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent communication, customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills are necessary
• Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulations
• Insurance license required
• High school diploma mandatory; four-year undergraduate degree strongly preferred
