Specific duties and responsibilities for each Nurse vacancy varies based on the specialty, and will be discussed in more detail with the hiring manager upon referral/selection. Major duties include, but are not limited to:
- Teaching of health care and the prevention of illness
- Assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing care, and counsel
- Administration of medications and treatments
- Coordination and assistance in the delivery of a plan of health care
- Teaching and supervising of other nursing personnel
- Responsible and accountable for individual nursing practice and determines the appropriate delegation of tasks consistent with the nurse's obligation to provide optimal care.
- Delivering safe care to assigned patients, while developing technical competencies.
- Formulating a plan of care based on nursing assessments, using the nursing process, based on the ANA Standards of Nursing Practice.
- Completing initial assessment of patient condition and response to treatment and initiates follow-up as needed.
- Documenting the nursing process ensuring consistency, accuracy, that it is concise and timely.
- Evaluating and documenting patient response to interventions and progress towards attainment of goals and expected outcomes.
- Revising plan of care according to evaluations of patient's responses and outcome.
- Demonstrating appropriate and consistent critical thinking skills.

Pay:Competitive salary, regular salary increases, potential for performance awards
