We'recurrentlyseekinga dedicated and organized Assistant Property Manager to help oversee a 90-unit apartment community in West Sacramento, CA . If you enjoy building strong resident relationships,maintaininghigh community standards, and working in a collaborative team environment,we'dlove to hear from you. Experience in affordable housing programs such as RD, HUD, or LIHTC is strongly preferred. WhatYou'llDo As the Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the community while ensuring residents receive excellentserviceand the property ismaintainedto AWI'shigh standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing all aspects of the assigned property's daily operations Processing applications, screening applicants, and verifying landlord references Preparing leases, house rules, and required documentation Managing tenant certifications and re-certifications Conducting move-ins and move-outs Collecting rent and security deposits Enforcing lease agreements and community policies Coordinating maintenance and ensuring property standards are met Maintaining strong curb appeal and property presentation Marketing and advertising vacant units to attract qualified residents Responding appropriately to emergency situations Following company policies and procedures WhatWe'reLooking For We'reseeking someone who is organized, dependable, and committed to creating a positive living environment for residents.
