Next Day Access of Columbia MD helps seniors and people with mobility or accessibility challenges stay independent at home. We install stairlifts, wheelchair ramps, grab bars, handrails, and bathroom modifications — work that genuinely changes lives.

We're a locally-owned Next Day Access franchisee, which means you get the backing of a national brand with the culture of a small, mission-driven team. We're growing, and we need a self-motivated technician ready to grow with us.

What You'll Do:

• Install stairlifts, modular ramps, grab bars, and accessibility equipment in clients' homes.
• Work independently to assess needs, manage job sites, and solve problems.
• Use technology daily — tablet for work orders, measurements, photos, client communication.
• Build relationships with clients (mostly seniors and families) and referral partners.
• Take ownership of quality work and bring ideas as we expand.

What We're Looking For:

• A true self-starter — someone who takes initiative without waiting to be told, works independently, and owns their outcomes.
• Mechanically inclined with power tool and DIY experience.
• Comfortable with technology (tablet, smartphone, work management software).
• Strong communication skills for client-facing work.
• Can lift 75+ lbs and work in varying conditions (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented.

• Competitive full-time pay: $52,000-$58,240/year ($25-28/hour).
