Plant Manager

A leader in sustainable flexible packaging is seeking a driven Plant Manager to lead operations at their state‑of‑the‑art facility. This company specializes in high‑value‑added, environmentally responsible packaging for the pre‑packaged foods and consumer products markets across North America. What You'll Do Provide strong leadership to plant staff, setting clear goals aligned with company objectives and fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing efficiency and minimizing costs. Establish and enforce quality standards and procedures to ensure products meet or exceed customer and regulatory requirements. Lead safety and compliance efforts, maintaining a safe work environment and minimizing workplace accidents. Develop and manage the plant budget, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and monitor financial performance against targets. Recruit, hire, and train plant personnel, providing ongoing coaching and feedback for professional growth. Implement sustainable practices to minimize the plant's environmental footprint and ensure regulatory compliance. Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, building strong relationships and resolving issues promptly. What You Need MUST HAVE: Proven experience as a Plant Manager in the packaging industry . Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and drive accountability across teams.
