Medtronic is seeking a Medical Affairs Specialist to support business process excellence across the Clinical, Medical Affairs & HEPR (CMAH) organization. This role will serve as a key partner across functions, helping to strengthen collaboration, improve process consistency, and support effective execution of critical business activities.The Medical Affairs Specialist will work closely with stakeholders across CMAH to coordinate and improve business processes, reporting, metrics, and governance activities. This role will help ensure consistent approaches to planning, reporting, and operational execution while identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance transparency, and improve organizational effectiveness.
