Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients in line with established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, documenting outcomes clearly and accurately.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, providing guidance as needed.
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members (physicians, therapists, social workers, and others) while applying critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to support education, treatment planning, and care transitions.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California (or eligibility to practice in the state)
- Oncology nursing experience or exposure is preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and travel for an 8-week assignment
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
