Job Summary

As a Gas Turbine Mechanic, you’ll troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble, and visually inspect Aero Equipment. Whilst assisting in repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment, you will perform all test with minimal instruction. You will provide technical support across the business whilst complying with HS&E policies.

Job Description

As a Turbine Mechanic, you will be responsible for:

• Demonstrating familiarity with hand, pneumatic, and hydraulic tooling
• Accurately use precision measuring equipment (ID / OD / depth micrometers, calipers, etc.)
• Possessing a deep mechanical aptitude with the ability to independently comprehend complex machining or assembly drawings
• Working as a team member to follow detailed work routers for inspection and repair of units and rotating equipment while under time constraints

Skills Required

• Mechanic background in either gas or turbine industries
• Hard working ethics, forward thinker, driven, and committed
• Technical Skills: Ability to independently comprehend complex machining or assembly drawings
• Tools/Software: Measuring equipment (ID / OD / depth micrometers, calipers)
• Previous experience in a similar environment

Pay Rate/Salary

• $21.00/hr.
