Senior Line Cook

Job Title
Duties and Responsibilities: Cook grilled items such as steak, burgers, etc. Learn meal preparation techniques such as chopping, blending for our Hot Bar meals. Directly serve customers in our Deli, Hot Foot Service, Grill and other areas. Bake great cookies, cakes and desserts. Prepare ingredients ready for next day's entrees. Cleaningwe run a clean sanitary operation! Inspect the quality of your own work and make suggestions for improvement. Assist with cashiering as needed. Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
Qualifications: 1-2 Years of cooking experience or demonstrated skill in cooking. Ability to work well in a team. Great verbal communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills from any of your experience. Desire to work hard, learn and reach your goals. A positive attitude, even when work gets busy. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Standing, bending, pulling, stretching and lifting as needed. Read and understand recipes, orders, product labels etc. Ability to perform basic math skills such as addition and subtraction. Be on your feet, standing and walking all day. Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy. Knowledgeable in food preparation. Compliance with food industry regulations. Food handlers permit.
