Bilingual Data Entry / Logistics Coordinator

???? Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Logistics Coordinator to support import, export, order processing, and customer service operations.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process orders accurately from emails and customer requests.
• Review import documents, customs releases, and shipment paperwork.
• Coordinate with brokers, forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Track inbound shipments and resolve shipment-related issues.
• Handle customer claims, returns, shortages, and warranty requests.
• Assist with export documentation and invoice processing.
• Research and resolve order discrepancies while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of logistics, freight, or data entry experience.
• Experience with import documentation and HTS classifications preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong Microsoft Office, communication, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Associate degree preferred.
