Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM EST

Occasional Saturdays: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM EST
Pay Rate: $18/hr - $20/hr

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our fulfillment team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will support essential pharmacy operations by processing prescription orders, verifying member/patient data, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the medication fulfillment workflow.
This is a hands-on, physically active position that requires standing, walking, and lifting throughout an 8-hour shift.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

Receive, review, and verify member/patient prescriptions for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and scan prescription documents into the appropriate systems.
Accurately input and submit prescription orders into the computer system.
Contact members, patients, or providers to clarify information, validate data, request payment information, or confirm delivery details
Support daily fulfillment operations, including walking between stations, organizing materials, and lifting required items.

Required Qualifications

Active North Carolina Pharmacy Technician License
National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT or equivalent)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform regular physical activity, including walking and lifting
Comfortable communicating with patients, members, and healthcare providers
