You will earn $85,000 – $130,000+ per year , enjoying strong hourly pay with weekly performance bonuses, and accessing a full suite of benefits , including:

You will start each day by dispatching directly from your home in a fully stocked company vehicle, using industry-leading CRM and dispatching software to manage your calls efficiently. There are no weekends, no on-call rotations, and your schedule is designed to let you focus on delivering top-tier service to homeowners throughout the Kansas City area-all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

YOUR DAY AS AN EXPERIENCED PLUMBING TECHNICIAN

As an Experienced Plumbing Technician, your work will take you to residential homes across Kansas City, where you will diagnose and resolve a variety of plumbing challenges. Anything from faucets, toilets, and garbage disposals to water heaters, leak repairs, gas repairs, water service repairs, and filtration systems. Throughout the day, you will communicate directly with homeowners, protect their property, and guide them through their options with clarity and confidence. You will document your work using the latest technology, maintain high standards of quality and professionalism, and finish each job knowing you made a meaningful difference. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to grow your expertise, build relationships, and take pride in being the trusted expert homeowners rely on.

EXPERIENCED PLUMBING TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and the plumbing code
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to obtain/maintain a Class E license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfort with tablets, CRM, and dispatching software
• Ability to diagnose plumbing systems and provide clear options to homeowners
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality workmanship
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds, work in tight spaces, and handle various weather conditions
• Integrity, self-motivation, and a focus on continuous improvement
