A retail pharmacy affiliated with a hospital in Holyoke, Colorado is seeking a dedicated Per Diem pharmacist to provide patient-focused pharmacy services for a coverage period from July 7th to July 10th. This role requires managing the pharmacy’s daily operations with a professional approach, ensuring high-quality medication dispensing and patient care.

Responsibilities include:

• Counseling patients on their medications, ensuring understanding and adherence
• Accurately filling and dispensing prescriptions
• Performing final verifications to guarantee medication safety and compliance
• Overseeing pharmacy operations as if managing your own practice

This position involves a workload of approximately 500 prescriptions per week and works on a weekday schedule:

• Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• One-hour lunch break

Qualifications and experience:

• Active and clear Colorado Pharmacist license
• Recent experience working as a pharmacist
