About the Role We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Murphy, TX. This 13-week assignment offers a consistent day shift schedule , competitive hourly pay, and no on-call requirements , allowing you to focus fully on patient care. Responsibilities Evaluate and assess patients’ physical function, mobility, and rehabilitation needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, and overall function Provide hands-on therapy, education, and guidance to patients and families Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support recovery goals Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner Promote a safe and supportive therapeutic environment Requirements Active Physical Therapist license in Texas (or compact state eligibility) Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current BLS/CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Prior clinical experience preferred Why Join Us?
