We will rely on your professional expertise to develop, implement and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacturing or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.

The Sr Manufacturing Engineer will develop strong communications with internal teams to estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. At GDMS, we continually seek ways to develop and improve manufacturing methods, utilizing our team's knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.

What You Bring To The Table

• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and electrical/mechanical components, systems and applications
• Solid understanding of lean techniques, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement mindset
• Solid background in troubleshooting advanced electrical and mechanical equipment
• Experience in writing detailed work instructions
• Experience with MRP and other manufacturing systems
• A data-driven decision making approach

Combined Salary Range

USD $85,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
