Role overview
Put your precision and craftsmanship to work as you bring both printed and unprinted fabric and vinyl graphics to life. As a Textile Graphics Finishing Specialist, you’ll inspect, calculate, measure, trim, match, sew, fit, and package finished pieces while hitting production schedules without compromising quality.
A day in the life- Begin the shift by reviewing jobs and inspecting incoming printed and unprinted materials for quality and accuracy.
- Calculate dimensions; measure precisely; trim, match, sew, and fit fabric and vinyl components so every edge aligns perfectly.
- Operate and care for industrial sewing machines and finishing tools (knives, scissors, measuring tools), making minor adjustments and routine maintenance as needed.
- Package finished graphics to specification and prepare them for the next production step.
- Record job progress and labor time accurately to keep production tracking current.
- Collaborate with production teammates to meet deadlines, support continuous improvement, and maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
- Share your knowledge by helping train Fabric Finishing personnel.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Graphic Production Fabric Finishing Supervisor, Fabric Finishing Leads, the Manager of Graphic Production, or other Graphic Production Supervisors.
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Overtime may be required to meet production deadlines.
Climate-controlled warehouse production floor designed for comfort, safety, and focus.
What you bring- Proficiency with sewing techniques, terminology, applications, and measurements.
- Solid grasp of basic mathematics and geometry, including fractional math.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills; ability to follow instructions.
- Basic computer proficiency for production tracking.
- Hands-on skill with tape measures, scissors, clamps, fabric weights, knives, and related sewing tools.
- Strong manual dexterity, sharp attention to detail, and a quick learning mindset.
