- El Dorado, Arkansas — conveniently located near the borders of Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas, making it easily accessible from multiple states
- Bryant, Arkansas — a growing suburb of Little Rock in Central Arkansas

What are the qualifications?
- Completion of U.S. accredited Oral Surgery residency program
- DDS or DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or residency program
- Active Arkansas state dental license or ability to obtain
- Active Federal DEA or ability to obtain
- Candidates licensing and/or relocating are welcome to apply
