Assistant Operations Manager

Base pay: $28-$33 per hour Support the People Delivering the Experience You’re approachable when a colleague needs direction and practical when a customer needs help. You can keep track of several priorities while making sure people receive a clear response. We’re hiring an Assistant Operations Manager in Los Angeles to support customer-facing operations alongside the Operations Manager. You’ll help organize team activity, coordinate service requests, and stay involved in daily conversations with customers and visitors. Your Role in the Working Day Help allocate tasks and communicate team priorities. Speak with customers and visitors to clarify requests. Coordinate follow-up and keep the relevant colleagues informed. Guide team members through routine procedures. Support onboarding, briefings, and training arrangements. Monitor service issues and elevate concerns requiring management input. Show Us Your Potential Retail supervision, hospitality, events, guest services, and team coordination experience are helpful. You may have trained colleagues, managed a shift, or helped resolve customer concerns. A specific degree or previous management title isn’t required. We value respectful communication, dependable follow-through, sound judgment, and confidence using basic workplace systems. Build Management Experience Training will cover company procedures, service standards, and reporting. You’ll develop workload-planning and team-support skills with guidance on decisions outside your responsibilities. Reliable commuting to our Los Angeles workplace is required.
