Registered Nurse – LTC (Long Term Care) Location: Baltimore, MD Employment: Full-time – Night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am) Compensation: $34.33–$53.21 per hour, experience based Job Summary Provides safe, age‑appropriate patient care and functions as an advisor and resource for patients and their families as a member of the patient care team. Conducts and documents an initial and ongoing assessment, gathers data relevant to the patient’s/family’s individual needs, develops and documents a plan of care for selected patients/families, implements, documents, and provides care and education based on the plan of care, and evaluates and documents the outcomes of nursing practice. Qualifications Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate’s degree (2 years of college) Specialized field knowledge American Heart Association CPR card Maryland Registered Nurse license Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, basic computer skills, Cerner, Synquest Standard, office equipment operation, medical terminology Nursing process skills based on MD Nurse Practice Act, critical thinking skills, and medical equipment proficiency Less than one year of experience (though a nursing career ladder is available for advancement and development) Benefits Competitive compensation plus possible overtime, shift differentials, premium pay, and bonuses depending on the position.
