Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A CDL vehicles, including grain trucks
- Operate heavy farm equipment such as spreaders and other agricultural machinery
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance as needed
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting agricultural materials
- Follow all DOT regulations and workplace safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Support operations during busy planting and harvest seasons
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Experience operating heavy farm equipment preferred
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
- Agricultural experience is a plus
- 8-12 hour shifts
- Monday through Friday
- Some weekend hours required during planting and harvest seasons
- Pay based on experience
