Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce Platform integrations, Sales Cloud, platform security, governance, and secure application development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions that streamline business processes, strengthen data protection, and enhance user productivity. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable full-stack applications.
• Develop Salesforce Platform solutions with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud objects, automation, metadata configuration, platform limits, and complex data models.
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components to support business requirements.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and scheduled jobs following Salesforce best practices and governor limit guidelines.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware technologies.
• Design and implement automated workflows using Flow Builder and Approval Processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data migrations and maintain data integrity using Data Loader, Workbench, and related tools.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and story estimation.
• Manage and execute Salesforce deployments through GitHub Actions-based CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable and automated releases across sandbox and production environments.
• Implement and maintain Salesforce platform security best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience, preferably within an Azure environment.
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce integration patterns using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Platform Events.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including:
• CRUD/FLS enforcement
• Sharing models and role hierarchy
• Apex sharing and with/without sharing concepts
• Login and session security controls
• Experience configuring and managing Connected Apps, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Salesforce security settings.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with API security, authentication, and identity management, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO, Connected Apps, and External Credentials.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, including:
• Building and configuring AI Agents
• Defining agent topics and actions
• Integrating Agentforce into Service Cloud workflows
