Senior Associate, Marketing

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Senior Associate, Marketing for a Hybrid position with a Global Biotechnology Company located in Plainsboro, NJ. This is a 24+ months contract opportunity.


This role involves supporting the tactical execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns across various digital and field channels. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, ensure measurement readiness through proper tracking and governance, and analyze performance data to provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.


Responsibilities:

• Support Omnichannel Campaign Execution by managing tactical execution across email, web, paid media, and field channels
• Coordinate with brand teams, omnichannel operations, and external agencies to ensure timely deployment
• Assist in preparing promotional assets for launch, including tagging validation, QA/QC, and platform testing
• Ensure Measurement Readiness & Governance by validating tagging and tracking to ensure tactics are measurable
• Drive Measurement Strategy & Performance Insights by developing brand- and portfolio-level measurement strategies
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, drivers of underperformance, and optimization opportunities
• Strengthen Reporting & Executive Visibility by partnering with BIS and Data Science to define business requirements for dashboard enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, Digital Media, or related field)
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, omnichannel coordination, campaign execution, or analytics
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
• Experience supporting campaign deployment across digital channels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired skills:

• Experience with omnichannel marketing in pharmaceutical/biotech environments
• Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva)
• Experience defining KPIs and measurement frameworks
• Exposure to dashboard reporting tools or working with data/IT partners

Pay range: up to $65.00 per hour
