Job Overview We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Technician will oversee and assist with a wide range of projects and repairs in our restaurants, including fixing appliances, carpentry, drywall, electrical, tile, painting, plumbing, and other general facility repair issues. In addition, the Technician will support remodels and new restaurant openings. Successful candidates are self‑starters, versatile, and able to travel daily to facilitate projects and repairs. Responsibilities Multi-skilled craftsman who works independently and with others. Effective communication skills with ability to provide excellent customer service. Troubleshoot and repair restaurant facilities. Work indoors/outdoors on ladders and rooftops in winter and on call by pager. Organize work and meet deadlines; overtime may be required. Maintain valid driver’s license with a safe driving record. Qualifications 2+ years of experience working in the trades such as carpentry or plumbing, preferably in the restaurant business. Skilled in light plumbing, carpentry, HVAC (a plus), minor electrical, tile, flooring, drywall, and paint. Personable, results‑oriented self‑starter. Team contributor and leader who thrives in a fast‑paced setting. Employment Details Location: 2834 W.
