Account Services Coordinator – Temporary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Services Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis.

Position Overview
The Account Services Coordinator will support the Account Services team with new client onboarding, account maintenance, data entry, document management, and various administrative projects. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys providing excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding new clients and processing applications and service agreements
• Gather and review documentation and follow up on missing information
• Enter, update, and verify client and account information in internal systems
• Communicate with clients and financial institutions to obtain required documentation
• Scan, upload, and maintain electronic records
• Support existing client account updates and reporting
• Provide administrative support on special projects and assist the team as needed

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Strong customer-service mindset and professional interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
