Director of Talent Development

Leading a dynamic team, the full-time salaried Director of Talent Development will design and enhance talent management programs, drive learning initiatives, and partner with senior leadership to align talent strategies with business goals in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Lead the Talent Development team, providing direction and support for optimal performance Design and continuously improve core talent management programs, including onboarding and performance management Collaborate with leadership to align talent strategy with organizational priorities and build a comprehensive talent management roadmap Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in talent development or a related HR discipline Proven track record in building or evolving core talent programs at a high-growth company Experience managing budgets and external vendor relationships Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence across all organizational levels Familiarity with Google Workspace and HRIS platforms, with experience in learning management systems preferred
