Faculty members at Inver Hills are professionally active scholars who participate in departmental and campus-wide activities to enhance their disciplines, promote interdisciplinary discourse and collaboration, and advance the college mission.This position will teach NURA 1001 – Nursing Assistant at Farmington High School (Farmington, MN) as part of the concurrent enrollment program. Assignment details include:* **Course:** NURA 1001 – Nursing Assistant* **Location:** Farmington High School (Farmington, MN)* **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 12:40 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. (4th and 5th periods)* **Term Dates:** + Trimester 1: September 1, 2026 – November 24, 2026 + Trimester 2: December 1, 2026 – March 4, 2027 + Trimester 3: March 8, 2027 – June 3, 2027* **Assignment Dates:** September 1, 2026 – June 3, 2027* **Credits:** 5 credits per course; 15 credits total across three sections**Salary Range:*** Faculty assigned less than 5 credits per semester: Per credit rate of $775 - $1650.* Faculty assigned 5 or more credits total per semester: $43,067 - $98,660 Annually (Based upon 1.0 FTE of 30 credits per years. Pay will be prorated, based upon credit load). Salary placement is determined on the basis of education and experience and in accordance with the 2025 - 2027 MSCF Contract, and conducted by the Minnesota State System Office. Initial placement is limited to the step range permitted for new faculty under the MSCF salary schedule.**Minimum Qualifications**Education Requirement* Diploma or associate degree in nursing.Occupational Experience Requirement* Four full-time years (or equivalent) of verified related paid work experience of direct patient care, one year must be in long term care.Recency Requirement* One year of this work experience shall be within the five years immediately preceding the date of application for the credential field.
